Can I go on to say how AMAZING Vanessa is??? I wish I would have discovered here 10 years sooner so I could have seen that final performance of hers in 2005 at gay pride in Amsterdam!! Maybe, just maybe there will be one final performance of amazingness.

Since this is happening at my every day blog Ooberus Oblivious, it definitely needs to happen simultaneously at my rarely-posted but NEVER forgotten other blog, The VANESSAtarian!

It was only a matter of time before supreme GODDESS of POP! Vanessa received her very own Top 10 list from me! Vanessa is pure joy, pure beauty, pure POP!! I'll never forget discovering her on YouTube while watching a random ABBA video. Seeing her smiling face in a still as a recommended video at the end of said video was a must-click moment and my life has never been the same! "Upside Down" was the song. Vanessa was the Diva. The rest is history.
